God Save The Queen! I have been to 3 royal homes. First was Kensington, then Windsor, last but not least, Buckingham Palace! honestly have to say I didn’t like Kensington and Buckingham Palace (buck house is what the locals call it) as much as Windsor. I really enjoyed it because they had the biggest doll house in the world! It was a gift from Queen Victoria. She didn’t play with it mostly it was used mainly for showcasing her minatures. This was like no other doll house you’ve ever seen! It had running water and electricity. I would have to say the maids rooms were much better looking than the ones in Downton Abbey! They even had minature towels. The funny thing is, there were no dolls. It’s like a mansion for dolls!
The queen had her gowns on display for the first time. There was her coronation gown, and wedding gown. My mom loved the queen’s gowns and my dad loved her hats! She had so many hats!!
Again, we couldn’t take pictures in any of the Royal homes, even though I saw a few young people sneaking pictures. I would never do that! I do wish I could have taken some pictures of the doll house.
ps we didn’t do these all in one day!

Hope you keep reading!
