Kenia in the Middle

So let’s just say I’ve been busy… doesn’t matter, I’m back now and have lots to share.

On July 22nd we arrived in Madrid, Spain. It was a layover so it was quite short but I think we should of stayed longer. This place was so gorgeous. The architecture, the people, just the whole place. We first checked into our hotel not much to say about that but then we went shopping, which from a family of girls that shouldn’t be so surprising. We went to my favorite store pull and bear, sadly it’s not in America, so we can only go while we travel. Later on we went to this market with many different little restaurants inside of one big building it was called, Mercado de San Miguel. This place is ranked at one of the best places to eat in the whole city, so my standards were pretty high, let me just say they didn’t disappoint. It had all sorts of foods, however my families favorite was the Tortilla de Patata, this is known as the spanish omelet. They were absolutely obsessed with it. As I said before I wish we stayed longer but for the amount of time we were there I think we made the best of it, I will definitely be returning.
