Kenia in the Middle

So we went to where the show Downtown Abbey was filmed! It was so big and so cool, because in each room they put pictures of them shooting. My favorite was the dinning room, it was the longest table! Also my favorite characters are Daisy the little kitchen maid, Mr. Banks, and Mr. Carson. The one thing I don’t like about Daisy is that she has a crush on Thomas. In my opinion the best part of the show is all the staffs drama down where they stay. My family and I loved the castle, we were talking about what we would do if we lived there. After that I went with my dad to the gardens while my sisters and mom went to the cafe (they got food and didn’t save one bit). There were three different gardens, I barely have one! They missed out. I layed down in one of them with my dad for like twenty minutes! That was the best part of my day, I’m glad I got some time to just relax in the sun under a shaded tree. I hope someday I can lay down in that garden with  my own family and husband.

***note from mom…there were no pictures allowed inside Downton, but we were able to tour the house and walk down the staircases.  It was remarkable how exact it looked to what you see on tv. However in the picture frames on the tables, it’s mostly modern photographs of the family who lives there. Sorry there aren’t not more pictures. ***
