Kenia in the Middle

I had the most fun tonight at dinner!  We went to a little restaurant named Erminia.  Its located right across the street! At the restaurant our waiter was so nice to me.  He kept bringing me extra dishes from the chef.  I had grilled calamari….it tasted chewy but good. He also brought us extra bread to soak up all the pesto from my dinner!   Then I had an olive with a pit in it.  It was not really good but I ate it anyways.  I ate it because the waiter was being so nice and I didn’t want to hurt his feelings.  I then had chocolate mousse cake and it was delish! After I ate the cake, he brought me a special Italian cookie with milk.  It was still warm from the oven!  The cookie is called a biscotti.  It was delicioso!  He was the nicest, fanciest waiter I’ve met.  I promised I would come back again.  We had such a nice time talking to him and trying new foods.  I hope you keep reading!

p.s. Wait until you hear about my meeting with the NYPD!  I’ll write about it tomorrow.  Also, I went to the Plaza today and saw Eloise.  It was pouring rain but still so fun!  Tomorrow we are going to Chelsea.  My mom said it is a cool spot we haven’t been to.
